FAQs

This is a work in progress. If you have any questions about ATS or issues using our tools not answered please contact us.

What is ATS?

Automate That Shit (ATS) is a team of developers and engineers committed to automating your shallow work. Shallow Work is defined by Cal Newport as "Noncognitively demanding, logistical-style tasks, often performed while distracted..." We want to automate your tasks that can be easily replicated by a machine, so you can focus on work that matters.

Is my data safe?

Yes, all data is encrypted and is deleted from our servers after seven days. ATS does not and will not ever sell your personal information.

How does ATS make money?

Currently, we don’t. As our developer API and task scheduling functionality become more robust, we will create premium plans for users that require more frequent and complex operations.

Do you do custom work/contracts?

Not right now. We're committing all of our resources to building more powerful and unique functionality on our website.

Who are you?

ATS is comprised of Jeremy Litten and Craig Miller. Jeremy is a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in building web applications, API development, and server automation. Craig is an Electro-Mechanical Engineer with expertise in hardware development, automation scripting, and data analysis.
